This progressive, comprehensive strength and conditioning program is designed to help reduce the risk of injury and prepare you for optimal performance this winter no matter your sport.

  • ONE-TIME, $100 REGISTRATION FEE (NONREFUNDABLE)

  • MUST EMAIL TO GUARANTEE SESSION NUMBER USING THE PASS OF YOUR CHOICE (current/new Class Pack OR 3, 6 OR 12-Month Unlimited Pass - DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, STUDENT RATES NOT AVAILABLE TO REGISTER). INITIAL RESERVATIONS ARE MADE BY MANAGEMENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MANAGE YOUR ATTENDANCE AFTER THAT (IE: CANCELLATIONS).
