Responsibilities

  • Accredited certifications, CPR certification, and continued education in your modalities to stay current.

  • Deliver personalized attention, safe, professional instruction, and exceptional service.

  • Inspire clients to challenge themselves while meeting them exactly where they are.

  • Bring energy, presence, and personality to every session, coaching with clarity, precision, and care.

  • Entertain while you teach—movement should feel as good as it performs.

  • Build genuine connection and contribute to our close-knit, high-vibe VIM community.

  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. We value teammates who consistently elevate the experience for clients and colleagues.

  • Stay coachable—open to learning, applying feedback, and refining your craft.

  • Be hands-on. With no front desk, you own the full client experience from arrival to departure.

  • Curate the experience through music—your playlists matter.

  • Promote your classes and VIM through social media, word of mouth, and authentic connection. Pride in your work should be visible.

  • We respect full, busy lives and do our best to support flexible schedules. Commitment can be as little as one class per week.
