BARRE
Experience improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall strength, and balance. VIM conducts all BARRE classes with a focus on safe practices in a neutral spine position, blending the latest exercise science with classic barre choreography. Whether you’re a seasoned BARRE enthusiast or a beginner, our classes cater to all fitness levels. Each of VIM’s BARRE instructors delivers a unique class, drawing from their diverse experiences and backgrounds. We invite you to try them all!
BOUNCE
Supercharge your mood and health with an exhilarating 45 minutes of low-impact, high-energy cardio on the rebounder, combined with strength training using weights and bands. Improve cardiovascular health, lymphatic flow, calorie burn, and stress reduction. Enhance your immune system, stamina, strength, balance, and coordination. Elevate your serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins, and adrenaline levels. Deceptively challenging and always fun!
CLIMB
Experience the most effective, full-body, high-intensity, low-impact cardio interval training with our VersaClimber classes. Engage all major muscle groups simultaneously as you climb, maintaining upright alignment and balance for a heart-pumping, sweat-dripping routine without the risk of strain or injury. Classes are available on the VC for 20-and 30-minute sessions, along with STRENGTH-combo classes. These can include either of these options or interval programming on-and-off the machine for a varied and dynamic workout.
We welcome both new and seasoned climbers alike in all CLIMB classes. Be aware that it might take a few classes to get comfortable with the form and technique on the VersaClimber, but you’ll be climbing like a pro in no time.
DURABILITY
Utilize articulation, strength, flexibility, and balance to minimize injury risk. Our holistic approach nourishes the body, integrating injury prevention techniques for enhanced durability. Gain insights into diverse movement patterns for optimal health and learn to incorporate exercises using various mobility tools to reduce injury risk. HAPPY HOUR YOGA
End your week with the kind of happy hour your body will thank you for—a 50-minute, all-levels flow designed to build strength, boost mobility, and melt away tension. This energizing practice blends athletic movement with mindful pacing, offering a supportive and accessible challenge for every body. Come as you are—move, breathe, and flow it out. Special Happy Hour deal Fridays at 5:30pm: $10 drop-in or included with your unlimited pass.
Ride
Our efficient RIDEs come in 30-, 45- and 60-minute options and have it all with hills, sprints, and endurance followed by cycling specific stretches. Each RIDE is led by a certified, Schwinn® Indoor Cycling coach using authentic cycling principles which are designed to motivate all fitness levels. All RIDE’s use measurement as motivation to gain power and see improvement.
SCULPT
Build muscle as you stretch and lengthen with this unique blend of yoga and strength training. Boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks with this high-intensity, total-body workout. Leave feeling stronger, more rejuvenated, and more elevated than before.
SHOCKWAVE
Cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes the WaterRower to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength stations aimed to target and chisel legs, core and the arms. The camaraderie, friendly team competition, and motivation are designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results.
SLIDE
Experience the advantages of lateral training on the Brrrn Slide Board. Engage in low-impact movements that promote strength, agility, and injury prevention through continuous balance and stabilization. This distinctive approach not only enhances proprioception but also boosts overall core strength, providing a comprehensive fitness experience that's gentle on your joints.

Using seasonal programming designed to build functional movement and improve stamina, endurance, power, and balance, these classes and combo options will keep your body and mind challenged, engaged, and ready for anything.
SUMMER sports conditioning
Prepare for a stronger, healthier, and more confident summer season ahead with our 8-Week Summer Sports Conditioning Program. This progressive, comprehensive strength and conditioning program is designed to help reduce the risk of injury and prepare you for optimal performance this winter no matter your sport. This is a progressive class and registration is required. No drop-ins available. 2026 session dates TBD.
TREAD + strength
A high-intensity workout combining treadmill intervals with targeted strength training to build endurance, burn calories, and boost functional power. Expect heart-pumping efforts on the tread—mixing speed, incline, and performance pushes—paired with focused resistance work using dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional training tools. Not into the treadmill? No problem—alternative cardio options like the bike or rower are always available so you can move in a way that works best for your body.
TRX | Total body strength
TRX Suspension Training uses your body weight to create resistance, delivering a comprehensive workout that’s both challenging and efficient. It boosts strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health by performing exercises in unstable environments, engaging your core and additional muscles for stability. TRX is adaptable and perfect for all fitness levels. Mix in training tools like dumbbells, BOSUs, bands, and more for a dynamic, varied workout experience you’ll look forward to every time!
winter sports conditioning
Prepare for a stronger, healthier, and more confident winter season with our 10-Week Winter Sports Conditioning Program. This progressive, comprehensive strength and conditioning series is designed to help reduce injury risk and prepare you for peak performance—no matter your winter sport. The session runs from 9/30–12/11/25 and is open to all levels. Registration and an additional fee are required; no drop-ins available.
