Using VIM’s collection of massage balls, rollers, blocks, bands, and straps, you’ll roll, stretch, mobilize, and strengthen your way to less tension and more freedom in your body. PIMP MY RIDE

We’re kickin’ it old school! In celebration of VIM’s brand-new digs, we’re rewinding to 2012—when it all began—and bringing back our legendary $5 Friday night RIDE. This 45-min indoor cycling class serves up spicy sprints, juicy climbs, hold-on-to-your-hat endurance, complete with throwback tracks (or wild theme rides) to push you further. Each week brings a fresh vibe—surprises, energy, and whatever flavor your certified, Schwinn® Indoor Cycling Coach is feelin’. Come as you are. Leave like a legend. Cross-training at its best. This circuit-style class combines short-burst, high-intensity intervals on the WaterRower with functional strength stations targeting your legs, core, and upper body. SLIDE + STRENGTH

TREAD + strength

A high-intensity workout combining treadmill intervals with targeted strength training to build endurance, burn calories, and boost functional power. Expect heart-pumping efforts on the tread—mixing speed, incline, and performance pushes—paired with focused resistance work using dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional training tools. Not into the treadmill? No problem—alternative cardio options like the bike or rower are always available so you can move in a way that works best for your body.

TRX

TRX Suspension Training delivers a dynamic, full-body workout that’s both challenging and efficient. Using your body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, every move engages your core and stabilizing muscles. Offered in 45- and 60-minute formats, this class is scalable for all fitness levels. Expect variety every time with added tools like dumbbells, BOSUs, and bands—for a workout that keeps your body guessing and your mind engaged.

This progressive, comprehensive strength and conditioning program is designed to help reduce the risk of injury and prepare you for optimal performance this winter no matter your sport. This is a progressive class and registration is required. No drop-ins available. 2026 session dates TBD.

Prepare for a stronger, healthier, and more confident winter season with our 10-Week Winter Sports Conditioning Program. This progressive, comprehensive strength and conditioning series is designed to help reduce injury risk and prepare you for peak performance—no matter your winter sport. The session runs from 9/30–12/11/25 and is open to all levels. Registration and an additional fee are required; no drop-ins available. STRENGTH + CONDITIONING returns to the general schedule and open to all members starting 12/16.
