In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the essential movement patterns behind the squat, deadlift, and press—three cornerstone lifts for total-body strength. Through a mix of classroom learning and practical coaching, you’ll refine your form, understand loading strategies, and learn how to train safely and effectively.

We’ll cover:

  • Key lifts: Bench Press, Overhead Press, Squat, Deadlift, Romanian Deadlift

  • Form optimization and individualized adjustments

  • Dumbbell vs. barbell and unilateral vs. bilateral training benefits

  • Modification and pain management strategies

  • Basics of rep ranges and progressive loading
